Internal sparkling wine tasting this evening. 6 bottles of Riesling Sekt & Blanc de Noir from different sweetness and blending.
My favorite is the 2nd from the left : F. Curvee Riesling Sekt with 5 gram residual sugar 60/L and for my opinion sweetness is quite a vital part for German Wine.
Racy bubbles, pleasant fragrance with sweet fruity & floral notes on the nose. It grains complexities when it's on the palate that nuttiness & buttery flavor can be picked up and round up with a little bitterness. The only drawback is that I think if it's acidity can be slightly enhanced, it could be a great sparkling wine that capable to spend a whole afternoon with me under the sun shining day.
