Romanee saint Vivant Grand Cru呢支酒係我最有期待既一支,不過可能亦都成為失望既原因,唔係名莊可能係主因。顏色較深,好濃縮,感覺上還是年青。印象是女性,溫柔飄逸的,有透明感。複雜度係高。
主軸係花的,薰衣草;熟果實,甜士多啤梨,Red Plum;溫和的桶香,Sweet Spice;單寧係Smooth Medium +;酒體屬中高;但失望的是每個項目的質量都達不到好高質量,reach唔到個point,Finish唔夠長。不過呢支始終都係Fine Wine,質素其實都算係交足功課。"天"氣當年不太好,土"地"無疑係高質素,但"人"力亦有不遞。
Les Hauts de Smith 2010It is not user friendly, maybe it was too old. Aroma is pronounce,but full of gun flint,mineral.There is only a little grassy,guava,citrus fruit behind.The sommelier here was described it is a New World Sauvignon Blanc, Medium lemon colour and body,Medium+ acidity,nearly developed aroma,Pronounce intensity on palate, Finish is Medium+.I thought there is no 3 yrs more for age.
It is acceptable for me.
Domaine Jacques pierres chevalier montrachet 2009No doubt that the use of oak is amazing.Creamy,Buttery,Coconut,Sweet spice,Citrus dominate with Lemon fruit structure backbone.Fruit is fully ripen.At least 10 - 15 yrs for further aging.Deep lemon color,pronounce aroma.Full body,Medium+ Alcohol,High and fresh but not hash acidity. Flavor intensity is high with long finish.This is a grand cru on top of hill, i am already feel it is very good,among the top quality.可惜的是,不能喝盡。
