What a beautiful world ~~~ Outstanding wine

 Romanee saint Vivant Grand Cru

 呢支酒係我最有期待既一支，不過可能亦都成為失望既原因，唔係名莊可能係主因。顏色較深，好濃縮，感覺上還是年青。印象是女性，溫柔飄逸的，有透明感。複雜度係高。

主軸係花的，薰衣草；熟果實，甜士多啤梨，Red Plum；溫和的桶香，Sweet Spice；單寧係Smooth Medium +；酒體屬中高；但失望的是每個項目的質量都達不到好高質量，reach唔到個point，Finish唔夠長。不過呢支始終都係Fine Wine，質素其實都算係交足功課。"天"氣當年不太好，土"地"無疑係高質素，但"人"力亦有不遞。

It is not user friendly, maybe it was too old. Aroma is pronounce,but full of gun flint,mineral.There is only a little grassy,guava,citrus fruit behind.The sommelier here was described it is a New World Sauvignon Blanc, Medium lemon colour and body,Medium+ acidity,nearly developed aroma,Pronounce intensity on palate, Finish is Medium+.I thought there is no 3 yrs more for age.
It is acceptable for me.


Domaine Jacques pierres chevalier montrachet 2009

No doubt that the use of oak is amazing.Creamy,Buttery,Coconut,Sweet spice,Citrus dominate with Lemon fruit structure backbone.Fruit is fully ripen.At least 10 - 15 yrs for further aging.Deep lemon color,pronounce aroma.Full body,Medium+ Alcohol,High and fresh but not hash acidity. Flavor intensity is high with long finish.This is a grand cru on top of hill, i am already feel it is very good,among the top quality.可惜的是，不能喝盡。

"好"的感覺是你希望一飲可以再飲、令你滿足；
看似肥大厚實，其實是紮實穩重的骨幹，又令我覺得入口溫柔舒服。
我好希望當他成熟了，能夠再相遇，由頭飲到落尾。

Tasting note : Pundel vins purs, Crémant de Luxembourg, Riesling Brut

Pundel vins purs , Crémant de Luxembourg , Riesling Brut A sparkling wine from Luxembourg's Moselle district made according to the traditional method ( Méthode Traditionnelle ) : Second Fermentation was done in the bottle and at least 9 months for maturation. And , Luxembourg is the only country entitled to use the term of “ Crémant" outside France. With a clear yellow-green hue , fruity notes picked up on the nose like pear and green apple when first smell. Its good activeness of bubbles with youthful vigour that I was quite surprise. Yeasty and nutty notes can be found on palate which enhanced its depth. Moderate acidity and seems there were certain amount of residual sugar left. Will be better if its finish can be last a bit longer. In general this is a good sparkling wine as starter , toasting or even party wine goes with canapés. 回憶，多半是酸溜溜的。

最近覺得，自己開始踏入試酒既領域。大路既國家已經開始捉到用神，都算係一個好既開始。畢竟，2013已經過去，新一年都應該有個新開始… Bodega Catena Zapata，意大利人去到阿根廷紮根，目標係釀造出最接近當地風土既酒。又的而且確，我飲過最好飲既Malbec、阿根廷酒，就只有呢個酒莊。對我黎講，佢代表了這個國家的酒，打開了我的門。就價錢而言，中級酒款已接近四百，旗艦酒款更接近一千。外行人以至一般飲家而言係不值一買。不過，一分錢一分貨，你願意俾錢，佢絕對交到功課。2010新酒，一開瓶就進入狀態，濃度好高，酒精感強，深色到不得了。皮革、肉桂、乾香草，新鮮而高濃度黑梅、雲尼拿，感覺到木桶香氣同枝酒融合得好好，是緊緊的而唔係分開散散的。果香的甜，令人悄悄忽略左本身一定既酸度。當然，咁濃既酒絕對唔可以飲得好多。如果話Chabis是生蠔的伴，羊架就是Malbec。如再多等個三年，我認為會更好。 我覺得，1993年開始造酒，ConoSur 一直都可以話係智利餐酒中的一個保證，所謂 ‘蔗喳既價錢，造到叉燒既味道’。記得Decanter都有講過佢呢支Pinot Noir既物值高，個人認為已經望到澳洲、紐西蘭既水準，而且智利Casablanca出既Pinot又一直水準穩定。不過，比起之前飲過既Single vinyard Cabernet Sauvignon，又差左一D深度。Red Cherry、Grassy、Drill herbs、Slightly Oak aroma，Medium Body，Medium Acidity。 以一支不到二百元的酒來說就很不錯，同埋最緊要係飲得舒服。值得一提既係，落左醒酒器，更開放，更好飲。而今年其中一個既飲酒目標係，要試一支高級酒款既智利酒！ 講真！我真係好鐘意飲Brunello…！ 同埋唔知點解，總係覺得神之水滴，第十二門徒係南美酒…

又係平價貨。今次係大廠的智利。

你可以話我鐘意飲平價酒，可以話我唔識品酒，我都承認。不過試新野、係性價比高既酒後面搵到驚喜、探索可能性，都可以話係我一直品酒的動力。 近年開始暢銷的新世界中，智利可以話係多左人識左。價錢低、易入口、種類多、市面上容易買到，都可以話係彈起的因素。其實，已經有部份舊世界酒莊睇中左新世界地方既Terrior，去左當地建莊做實驗，出名既有Lafite去左Chile set up Los Vascos、Mouton co operate in USA setting up Opus One。 Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon 2011，我既感覺係幾架構幾實淨，平衡度不錯。開瓶時個Cork係膠令我有點不悅。聞到樽口既味道後，第一時間放番入酒櫃，感覺上佢要先Breathe。果然原瓶兩個鐘後，溫和了不少。落左杯之後發覺，平價智利酒都係有個特色，Oak Chips。同價比較Spain and Italy，明顯唔同既係，後兩者會將酒整到好Fruit，甚至有後加糖的疑團。講番支酒，深紫色；嗅出Leather，BlackFruit，青椒，麵包味，感覺上並不屬於"果汁"之類，彈度中等。入口感覺有點像辣椒，胡椒，輕輕的果味、葉子味；高酸，粗糙的單寧，像舔樹枝一樣的感覺；酒精感算中等，收結屬中低等。 Colchagua Valley位于Chile中部，有別於其他產區不算近海，相對比較溫暖，很適合Cabernet Sauvignon生長。呢支酒做Daily wine都唔錯，suitable with any meat with seasoning，價錢係Below $100，係Supermarket買到。  至於Cono Sur就做Table wine 做到出晒名，呢支只係$60，都俾到我兩段變化。不過就屬於厚重型，很濃。印象是重Bell Pepper味，Oak Chips，濃縮果汁的甜味。Carmenere呢種提子只係智利先有，今次既第一感覺唔錯，下次會嘗試更高級一D。不過更有興趣想試同一系列既Shiraz同Pinot Noir。
